Currently Butler Transport feels it is offering one
of the best pay packages in the industry today$.34
per mile to start. It breaks down like this: $.23 is
a base pay $.09 is per diem, and $.02 is a bonus
paid on the second Friday of every month provided
the driver has run 12,000 miles or over, turned in
satisfactory logs, and had no accidents. We just
started the bonus program in November and we had
twice the turnout than we expected which benefited
both our drivers and Butler. We also have a
raise schedule
every 60,000 miles in which you get an automatic
1/2-cent per mile raise.
